• Shipping: Estimated delivery times will be agreed upon at the time of closing the purchase order. Gal Bari is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns will only be accepted in cases of damaged goods, factory defects, or shipping errors, notified within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted for expired products if they were delivered with an agreed-upon shelf life.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
